Sales CRM Support Executive - Remote

Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Sales CRM Support Executive - Remote to join our US based client. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in sales support, RevOps, SalesOps, or business analysis, with strong expertise in HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.

Time Zone: Central Time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot/Apollo/Salesforce).
  • Ensure data accuracy, lead management, and pipeline tracking.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and dashboards.
  • Support sales team with workflows, automation, and documentation.
  • Train and assist team members on CRM usage and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales support, RevOps, SalesOps, or related roles (exceptional candidates with less may be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing or supporting sales teams is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills
