JOB DESCRIPTION:
An Automobile industry is looking for a Sales Cum Admin Executive to support business development activities while managing day-to-day administrative operations and generating leads for the AUTO PARTS. The ideal candidate will assist in generating sales, maintaining client relationships, preparing reports, handling office documentation, and ensuring smooth office administration.
A Sales Cum Admin Executive is a professional who handles both sales responsibilities and administrative duties within an organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Functions
- Identifying and contacting potential customers
- Generating leads and following up on inquiries
- Preparing quotations and proposals
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Achieving sales targets
- Coordinating with clients regarding orders and deliveries
- Preparing sales reports
Administrative Functions
- Managing office correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing reports, invoices, and documentation
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors
- Supporting HR and accounting activities when required
- Managing office supplies and inventory
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or administration
- Good computer skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages may be an advantage)
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
