Sales & Customer Support Executive

Job description: We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role involves coordinating in-store sales activities, promoting new and refurbished laptops, and ensuring excellent customer service for clients seeking laptop sales, repairs, and services. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within the rapidly expanding laptop sales and services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage in-store sales of new and refurbished laptops. Promote company products and services to walk-in customers.
• Provide product consultations and basic technical guidance regarding laptop features, specifications, and service options.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and effective follow-ups.
• Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and ongoing promotions. Handle customer inquiries, process sales orders, and manage lead follow-ups.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the service team to support customers throughout the laptop repair process, from intake to delivery. Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales or customer coordination, preferably in electronics or IT-related products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of laptops and computer hardware is an added advantage.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and energetic attitude. Previous experience in the tech, retail, or service sector will be an advantage. Salary & Benefits:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
