Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced with Sales, Design and Estimation Engineer to join our team specializing in Fire and Safety Protection Systems. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in system design, cost estimation, and project planning, with a strong inclination toward management and business development. This role demands technical expertise, client-facing skills, and strategic thinking to support the growth and operational excellence of our company.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Estimation:

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base.
• Develop detailed designs for fire protection systems including fire alarms, sprinklers, suppression systems, and emergency lighting.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for installation, repair, and AMC projects.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to support design and estimation.
• Ensure compliance with local fire codes, NFPA standards, and other relevant regulations.

Project Coordination & Management:

• Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Support procurement and vendor coordination for materials and equipment.

Business Development & Client Engagement:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and client segments.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive records of designs, estimates, and project documentation.
• Generate periodic reports for management on project status, cost analysis, and business leads.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Safety Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in fire protection system design and estimation.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, local fire codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and estimation software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Business development mindset with strategic thinking and client focus.

Preferred Attributes:

• Leadership qualities and team management experience.
• Certification in fire safety is added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
