About the Role

We are seeking a driven and creative Sales Designer to join our growing closet and kitchen design company. In this client-focused role, you’ll blend your eye for design with strong sales skills to create beautiful, functional custom storage solutions. From luxury closets to high-end kitchen cabinetry and organization systems, you’ll guide clients through every step of the design and purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations and outside sales visits to assess client needs, preferences, and space requirements.
  • Design customized closet and kitchen layouts using SketchUp, CAD, Mozaik, or similar design software.
  • Present detailed design concepts and product demonstrations, highlighting premium features such as custom finishes, lighting solutions, and specialty accessories.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and project scope, and secure signed sales agreements.
  • Manage client accounts from initial consultation through project completion, ensuring exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, inventory, and customer communications.
  • Consistently identify opportunities to upsell enhancements that elevate both the design and client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in outside or retail sales, preferably in custom interiors, cabinetry, home improvement, or high-end design markets.
  • Proficiency with design software (SketchUp, CAD, Mozaik, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of remodeling, renovation, and interior design principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, pricing, and project estimates.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales growth and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
