Purpose of the job: The SD Executive would be part of PAKS CAS team and will be responsible for designing and establishing best in class sales system and processes, channel infrastructure, channel development programs and build the capability of the overall sales team overall capability. This role would report into the Sales Development Manager. The role will also assist the business in driving key sales/brand initiative.


Qualification and Experience: Graduation and 4-6 years in Sales or Trade Marketing or Sales Development of which at least one stint should be in Urban or Rural Sales.


Primary responsibility:


The key responsibilities for this role would include:

A. Work with the CAS team towards the execution of blueprint towards building a future ready sales organization both short and long term

B. Support the CAS team on all national level initiatives and end-to-end Sales Development and Trade Marketing priorities


This will include the following:


1.Lead, the implementation of Go to Market (GTM) and drive as per agreed blueprint in specified zone

2.Be a critical part in driving Sales Capability Agenda across Field Force levels in the sales team online/offline

3.Ensure the efficacy of Sales Force Automation solutions including distributor software, handheld terminals for frontline sales force, etc. on field

4.Leverage New Age Sales Analytics solutions to extract more value from the opportunities that exist in the division

5.Coordinate with sales team and ensure effective target setting from regional to salesman level

6.You would be instrumental in driving direct coverage expansion

7.Be responsible for end-to-end Vendor Management process

8.Drive initiatives which enhance sales process parameters to the next level – Market execution (AJNA, GAE, GAV, GAP, Replenishment etc.)

9.Responsible for execution of targeted market development initiatives for priority market as decided by the organization

10.Be a part of the team which would develop and execute Channel Programs for specific channels - Wholesale, Chemist, Cosmetic, Self-service, etc., to leverage relationship and drive business opportunity

11.Responsible for visibility program for flawless execution

12.Assist in driving all Trade Marketing initiatives in the region viz, New Product Launches. Marketing activation programs, etc.

13.Keep track of best-in-class trends in the S&D Ecosystem in GTM, Sales IT & Sales Capability & make appropriate action plans along with the SD lead.

14.Analysis of sales outcome and key driving factors behind various sales/ trade/ brand initiatives run by CAS and Marketing team
