Job Purpose

Scaleup Connect is hiring for one of its clients based in the Manufacturing industry. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Development Executive to support sales operations and product development initiatives. This role is suitable for candidates with a technical background and an interest in sales, R&D coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in trial activities for product development.
• Report progress to top management and provide developmental insights.
• Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.
• Prepare project budgets and financial analysis reports.
• Maintain R&D project records and provide status updates.
• Coordinate meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Revise documents during the development phase and circulate updates.
• Keep records of obsolete documents and perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Required Experience: 1 – 2 Years
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales, product development, or R&D.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or relevant field.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
