Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “ Sales Development Executive " in Global Sales Directorate.


Job Roles Details

  • Actively monitor the market and field dynamics to identify new dealer and customer opportunities.
  • Lead new sub-dealers acquisition initiatives and contribute to the expansion and diversification of the dealer portfolio.
  • Represent the company in various customer, project, and industry environments to create new sales opportunities.
  • Establish initial contact with potential dealers, supporting evaluation and onboarding processes.
  • Closely follow market trends and evolving customer expectations through regular field visits and structured market observations.
  • Conduct field observations on competitor structures, sales channels, and business models, and prepare related reports.
  • Contribute to monthly and annual sales business development and growth targets.
  • Provide regular reporting and market insights to internal stakeholders.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, or related).
  • Strong motivation for new customer acquisition and relationship development.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt easily to different environments.
  • Results- and opportunity-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • No travel restrictions.


Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in sales business development, or dealer network development roles within similar industries.
