Position Summary
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across Renew Medic franchise locations by training, coaching, and supporting local sales execution within the cabinet restoration, insurance restoration, and contractor referral markets. This role works directly with franchise owners and their teams to develop consistent sales activity, strengthen local relationships, and build reliable, revenue-producing accounts.
This position requires a hands-on, field-focused sales professional with experience in insurance restoration, claims, contractor sales, or business development who is comfortable traveling, working in market with franchise locations, and reinforcing proven sales processes.
The Local Sales Development Manager partners closely with the Director of Revenue to ensure franchise locations execute sales strategies that lead to pipeline growth, account conversion, and long-term revenue expansion while supporting the Renew Medic mission of building brands that bring franchise owners pride and success.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Sales Training & Launch Support
- Train franchise owners and team members on proven sales methods within the cabinet restoration, insurance restoration, and contractor referral industries
- Support new franchise launches with in-market sales training and relationship development
- Coach franchise teams on prospect identification, outreach strategy, and follow-up discipline
- Reinforce approved Renew Medic sales messaging, materials, and sales processes
- Assist locations in building early traction with restoration contractors, adjusters, agents, and referral partners
Sales Coaching & Performance Development
- Conduct regular calls and in-market visits with assigned franchise locations
- Review sales activity, pipeline status, and account development
- Provide practical coaching to improve prospecting, closing, and account management
- Share best practices across locations to improve consistency and performance
- Help franchise teams move prospects from initial contact to active, revenue-producing accounts
Pipeline Growth & Activity Accountability
- Reinforce expectations for consistent prospecting and follow-up activity
- Ensure accurate use of CRM / Contact Manager systems
- Monitor pipeline development and identify gaps in activity or execution
- Partner with the Director of Revenue to address performance issues and implement solutions
- Promote disciplined sales habits that lead to repeat business and long-term accounts
Local Market Development & Relationship Building
- Work alongside franchise locations to build credibility in local markets
- Support relationship development with:
- Restoration contractors
- Insurance adjusters and agents
- Property managers
- Builders and contractors
- Commercial referral partners
- Participate in ride-along, pop-by, presentations, and networking events
- Help franchise teams prioritize opportunities that produce consistent revenue
Travel & Field Support
- Travel regularly to Renew Medic franchise locations across the network
- Provide in-person coaching, training, and market development support
- Participate in franchise launches, regional meetings, and training events
- Maintain flexibility to travel based on business needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in insurance restoration, cabinet restoration, property claims, or contractor sales
- Strong knowledge of restoration workflows and insurance referral relationships
- Experience in business development, account management, or sales coaching
- Experience supporting multiple locations, territories, or franchise systems preferred
- Ability to train, coach, and influence without direct authority
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling extensively
- Proficient with CRM, reporting tools, and pipeline tracking systems
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Work Environment & Requirements
- Exempt, salaried position
- Travel required approximately 40–50%
- Combination of field work, remote work, and office work
- Occasional evening or weekend travel may be required
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
