Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This is a night shift role, ideal for someone who can work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced, export-oriented environment.

Job Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Perform inside sales, business development, and pipeline management
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to handle order processing and dispatching via the ERP system
  • Track orders and follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads and maintain accurate sales records
  • Contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
