Sales Development Representative


We’re partnered with a leading B2B Cross-Border Payments company back by Tier 1 Investors globally.


They're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support entry and expansion into the UAE. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building new client relationships and generating opportunities in this highly-evolving market.


It’s a great step for someone early in their sales career who is hungry to learn, passionate about fintech, and ready to make an impact.


You will have the opportunity to progress quickly as you grow with them in region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and target SMEs engaged in international trade that would benefit from cross-border payment and FX solutions.
  • Outbound Outreach: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels, introducing solutions and qualifying interest.
  • Pipeline Support: Partner with Account Executives by booking qualified meetings and ensuring smooth handoffs.
  • CRM Management: Keep records of outreach and prospect progress updated accurately in the CRM.
  • Market Insight: Build knowledge of industry shifts, customer challenges, and competitors to sharpen messaging.
  • Collaboration: Share learnings with sales and marketing colleagues to improve campaigns and outreach effectiveness.


Requirements

  • 1–2 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development—experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS is a plus. Strong internship experience will also be considered.
  • High energy, resilience, and the ability to stay motivated when facing rejections.
  • Awareness of UAE business culture and practices is valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline preferred, but relevant experience may substitute.
