Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and help drive business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they match the ideal customer profile.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns.
  • Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
