Position : Sales Development Representative

Location : Pune

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and engage potential customers in global markets
  • Set meetings with decision-makers and key influencers
  • Learn and understand the company's product in detail
  • Conduct discoveries identifying customer pain points and requirements
  • Pitch the solution to close deals
  • Assist in preparing proposals & presentations
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene
  • MBA degree in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • Experience in Outbound activities for any IT products
  • Hands-on experience with sales tech tools like Sales force, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
