Our client, a fast-growing and innovative Business Process Management (BPM) software vendor, is expanding its KSA team and hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Riyadh .

This is your opportunity to be part of a high-energy, mission-led team helping organizations digitise workflows, streamline operations , and unlock new levels of efficiency .


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • 📞 Proactively engage potential customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaign follow-ups
  • 🤝 Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to generate and qualify pipeline
  • 💬 Understand business challenges and effectively communicate how BPM software adds value
  • 📊 Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM and support accurate forecasting
  • 🔍 Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to have informed conversations
  • 🤝 Manage and actively participate in product-specific events and forums, collaborating with the marketing team to deliver successful events and drive lead generation


What We’re Looking For:


  • ✅ 2 –4 years of experience in an Inside Sales, SDR, or BDR role (preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech)
  • 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills – articulate and persuasive
  • 🔥 A proactive mindset – comfortable with outbound outreach and target-driven
  • 📚 Coachable, eager to learn, and keen to grow within a scaling business
  • 🛠️ Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo)
