Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Sales Executives for our Catering Division. The role involves driving catering sales within the hospitality sector, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless event execution. Candidates should have hands-on experience in managing catering setups at event sites and a strong understanding of customer service and event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new catering business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate catering events from inquiry to execution.
• Visit event locations to oversee setup and client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth event execution.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in catering sales within the hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Experience setting up and managing catering at event venues.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be currently based in KSA.
