As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new sales opportunities within target accounts. You will work closely with Account Executives to research prospects, run outbound campaigns, and ensure a steady flow of high-quality, sales-ready opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement

Partner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts and prospecting priorities

Research accounts to identify key stakeholders, understand business needs, and generate interest

Educate and nurture prospects, qualify leads, and convert them into sales-ready opportunities

Consistently meet or exceed daily outreach activity goals and qualified opportunity targets

Effectively handle objections and guide prospects through early-stage sales conversations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to ensure clean pipeline management

Manage follow-ups and nurture sequences to progress prospects through the qualification funnel
What Makes You a Great Fit

1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or sales development, preferably in a SaaS environment

Proven success in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification

Hands-on experience using CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, for lead tracking and pipeline management

Strong ability to structure sales conversations, handle objections, and control calls effectively

Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-energy sales team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong listening ability

Proficiency with sales outreach and lead enrichment tools, including email, voicemail, and productivity software

Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive, with a track record of consistently achieving prospecting goals

Understanding of incentives, rewards, or gift card solutions is a plus
