Sales Development Representative

SpixHost (SMC-Pvt) Ltd, part of the MAR Group of Companies, is hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative with at least 1 year of sales experience. This role is ideal for someone who can connect with potential clients through calls and digital platforms and close sales effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong value-based arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Support timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members
• Continuously improve performance through feedback
