Sales Development Representative

Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Timings: 5pm to 2am

Location: DHA Phase 8

We are looking for energetic, driven, and confident Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication, relationship building, and generating new business opportunities. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in driving company growth by identifying and qualifying leads.

Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification. You will engage potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels, understand their needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team. This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline and creating meaningful first impressions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads and target accounts.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Engage prospects, introduce company services, and assess their needs.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offering

Incentives will be paid in dollars (NO Cap) ALONG WITH BASIC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
