Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline for our SaaS solutions. This role focuses on prospecting, outreach, and booking meetings for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
  • Research target accounts and decision‑makers
  • Meet or exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or SaaS environment (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and sales processes
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
