Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound calling to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to build rapport and foster relationships.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing practices and techniques for effective outbound calling.
  • Experience in technology sales is highly desirable, along with knowledge of technical sales processes.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • A background in customer service is beneficial for understanding client needs and enhancing satisfaction levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
