Sales Development Representative

Job description

Folicx is looking to hire proactive and growth-oriented SDRs (Sales Development Representative) to join our team On-site. 


Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Perks: (45–70k) basic, Petrol allowance, Performance Based Bonus Potential (PKR 130,000), Quarterly Appraisal, Growth Opportunities. 



What you'll be doing:

Cold calling and Appointment setting through Google prospecting.

Booking qualified meetings and creating pipeline opportunities through Cold Calling Email Outreach 

Handling objections and keeping conversations moving forward.

Collaborate with teams to improve targeting

Find decision-makers and business opportunities through structured prospecting



What we're looking for:

Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in B2B outreach or lead generation

Ability to research and identify opportunities independently.

Strong communication and conversation skills

Growth mindset — willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve performance

Attention to detail and structured thinking

Self-motivated and target-driven
