Sales Development Representative

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential business clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to foster initial engagement
  • Engage with prospects via telemarketing, email, and social media channels to introduce our products and services
  • Use CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that maximize lead generation
  • Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with appropriate solutions
  • Develop strong communication skills to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with prospects
  • Support business development efforts by scheduling meetings and demos for senior sales team members

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation and customer service to foster trust and close deals effectively
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales concepts is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
  • A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for business development and marketing initiatives
