Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales and generate qualified

opportunities across:

● Manufacturers / Brands

● Suppliers

● Interior Designers & Architecture Firms

This is a high-activity, outbound sales role focused on building pipeline through cold outreach and booking

qualified meetings.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Identify and research target companies across key industry segments

● Reach out to decision-makers (Founders, Directors, Design Heads, Marketing Heads)

● Execute outbound outreach using:

● Cold calling (primary channel)

● Cold email sequences

● LinkedIn prospecting

● Create and optimize outreach messaging to improve response rates

● Book qualified meetings for the Sales team

● Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot)

● Continuously improve performance based on data and feedback

● Position Love That Design listings as a solution for:

● Increasing brand visibility

● Showcasing projects and products

● Connecting with decision-makers in the design industry

What This Role Requires

● High-volume outbound activity, especially cold calling

● Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders

● Strong written communication for email outreach

● Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

● Discipline in follow-ups and pipeline management

● A target-driven mindset with clear ownership of results

● Comfort managing high daily outreach volume across calls, email, and LinkedIn

What We’re Looking For

● 1–3 years of experience in SDR / BDR / outbound sales roles

● Proven experience with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

● Strong communication and persuasion skills

● Self-motivated, organised, and proactive

● Experience in design, construction, or related industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
