Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and supporting the sales pipeline through outreach activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through online sources, databases, and social media
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and pass them to Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
