Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails) to book demos with decision makers
  • Identify influencers within accounts and generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives
  • Build and manage cadences/sequences for outreach using best practices
  • Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with AEs to pass qualified leads and accelerate deals
  • Drive urgency and communicate value to prospective customers
  • Hit or exceed monthly quotas consistently

Requirements
  • Based in Lahore
  • 1-5 Years of experience.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (spoken + written)
  • Strong drive, hunger to learn, and a career-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working US hours (7 PM – 4 AM PKT)
