About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role plays a key part in generating new business opportunities by connecting with leads, understanding their needs, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach (Cold calling, Emailing, LinkedIn) to international prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule high-quality demos for the sales team.
- Clearly articulate the value of our SaaS products and time-management solutions.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach targets.
Qualifications
- Top-Notch English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Neutral or North American/UK accent preferred).
- Tech Literacy: Basic understanding of the SaaS business model.
- Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with time management software or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Schedule Flexibility: Comfortable working the 4 PM – 1 AM shift to align with international markets.
- Education: BBA/A-Levels or equivalent professional experience.
