Sales Development Representative

The SDR role is a key member of the Targeted Growth Team and a catalyst for growth in ATS Packaging and Food Technology verticals. Entrusted with the execution of effective inbound and outbound marketing and lead generation campaigns, this role is pivotal in amplifying our market presence and forging new business relationships in strategic markets for PFT’s eight businesses across North America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel: ~10% domestic and international (onsite training, strategy planning, and trade shows)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree a plus
• Experience in SDM or SDR-related sales, marketing, and promotion activities within B2B technology, or ideally industrial automation, or food and beverage sectors.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and qualification processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM campaign management, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
• Stellar communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
• Demonstrable track record in exceeding outbound sales and performance metrics.
• Results-driven, proactive, and innovative mindset.
