📋 What You'll Be Doing

Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and research potential clients in target markets (banks, fintechs, payment providers).

Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads and outbound prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls.

Meeting Generation: Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

CRM Management: Track outreach, pipeline, and activity in HubSpot.

Collaboration: Work closely with AEs and Sales Engineers to ensure smooth handovers.

Market Research: Stay updated on compliance, AML, and RegTech industry trends
Requirements
🎓 What We're Looking For

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B SaaS/FinTech a plus).

Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English, with proven ability to communicate with international clients.

Drive & Curiosity: Highly motivated to learn and grow in SaaS sales.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills - able to start conversations and build rapport.

Resilience: Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and handling rejection.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot preferred), Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
