Job summary

Acorn is seeking a high-energy, strategic Sales Development Representative to serve as the engine of our growth. In this role, you won't just be making calls; you’ll be a frontline brand ambassador, translating complex IT solutions into tangible value for potential clients.

The ideal candidate is a hunter by nature with at least two years of B2B sales experience. You are someone who thrives on the "thrill of the chase"—identifying new market opportunities, navigating gatekeepers, and sparking meaningful conversations with high-level decision-makers. You’ll work in lockstep with our Account Executives to transition qualified leads into a robust sales pipeline, ensuring every interaction is backed by data and industry insight.

Core Focus Areas

  • Strategic Prospecting: Leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (calls and emails) that breaks through the noise.
  • Consultative Selling: Deeply understanding the MSP (Managed Service Provider) landscape to align Acorn’s technical offerings with the specific pain points of prospective clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Rigorously maintaining CRM integrity and tracking outreach metrics to ensure monthly targets for booked meetings and closed deals are consistently surpassed.
  • Collaborative Growth: Partnering with the broader sales team to refine messaging, coordinate seamless demos, and stay ahead of evolving IT trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to build a strong pipeline of sales-ready opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Acorn's offerings and confidently communicate their value to prospects.
  • Match Acorn's solutions to the specific goals and pain points of each prospect.
  • Work hand-in-hand with account executives to coordinate calls, demos, and meetings.
  • Stay current on trends in the MSP industry and IT landscape to build credibility with prospects and clients.
  • Execute high-volume outbound calls and emails with purpose and strategy every day.
  • Gather key information from prospect interactions and online research, keeping CRM data accurate and up to date.
  • Track and report on outreach activity, pipeline progress, and appointment metrics on a weekly basis.
  • Consistently meet or surpass monthly targets for booked meetings and closed deals.

Requirements:

  • Full professional fluency in English, with near-native communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently.
  • Minimum two years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a technical or technology-related environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to break into new markets and secure meetings with net-new prospects.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic IT or managed services concepts is an advantage.

The Package: We believe in rewarding the "Hustle." We offer a base salary that provides stability, paired with a monthly commission structure that rewards quality over just quantity.

  • Base Salary: Rs 201,240.00
  • OTE: Rs 307,450.00
