Profile: Sales Development Representative

Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken sales development representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base. The sales development representative//'s responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson.To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:- Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling in UK, US and GCC countries.
- Should have achieved USD $200,000 of revenue through his prospecting efforts.
- We need someone who has a record of generating 12-15 qualified meetings in a month.
- Schedule meetings for Sr. SDR and VP with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Should be well versed with LinkedIn and can prospect through LinkedIn.
- Experience in selling IT Consulting services to clients which includes:
1. Product Development services (Must)
2. Staff Augmentation (Must)
3. Cloud Services (Good to have, but not mandatory)
4. ERP (Good to have, but not mandatory)
- Should be required to follow the sales playbook.
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Desired skills:- Minimum experience of 18 months
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
