Sales Development Representative (MSS and Cloud)

India

Job Description:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-ups.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Engage with prospects, understand their business needs, and qualify them based on interest, budget, and fit.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records, track interactions, and ensure a steady flow of leads to the sales team.
  • Inside Sales Support: Schedule discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with senior sales executives to drive deal closures.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cloud and cybersecurity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and generate high-quality leads

Key Skills:
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or lead generation roles for cloud, IT, or cybersecurity services.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, OCI, GCP, or managed security services is a plus.
  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Excellent communication skills in English &Arabic
  • Comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Extremely Good Communication & Presentation Skills in English & Arabic
