Dart Marketing is a fast-growing performance-driven marketing agency working with U.S.-based startups, agencies, and service businesses. We help our clients generate predictable revenue through outbound sales, lead generation, and growth systems.

We’re scaling aggressively and looking for a hunter-style SDR who knows how to start conversations, qualify decision-makers, and book high-quality sales calls.

Your Mission

Generate qualified opportunities → book sales calls → drive agency revenue.

You’ll be the first point of contact between Dart Marketing and U.S. decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect U.S.-based founders, CEOs, CMOs, and growth leaders
  • Run outbound campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, and social platforms
  • Write personalized outreach that actually gets replies
  • Qualify leads and uncover real marketing or growth needs
  • Book sales calls for the founder/closer
  • Build and manage lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn, and scraping tools
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (GoHighLevel or similar)
  • Follow up professionally without sounding spammy
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging, hooks, and content
  • Hit weekly KPIs:
  • Conversations started
  • Meetings booked
  • Pipeline generated

Who You Are

  • Confident English communicator (spoken + written)
  • Comfortable reaching out to CXOs, founders, and directors
  • Understands how to pitch marketing services quickly and clearly
  • Natural outbound hunter who enjoys targets and numbers
  • Strong discovery skills — you know how to find pain points
  • Organized, consistent, and accountable
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience selling marketing, lead gen, or agency services
  • SDR/BDR experience with U.S. clients

Requirements

  • 1–3 years SDR / BDR experience (agency or SaaS preferred)
  • Experience with cold email tools, LinkedIn Navigator, CRM
  • Solid understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification
  • Comfortable working onsite in Karachi
  • Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
