Sales Development Representative for International Market (Lahore)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and nurture leads through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic prospecting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Identify potential client needs and pain points to determine product fit.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and meetings set.

Experience & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales team.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development/Sales in the US or UK market

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Abacus, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Garhi Shahu, Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Salary Package: Up to 150,000 PKR
