Are you a cold-calling expert? Help us build our sales engine from the ground up.
We are rapidly expanding and looking for a Founding SDR to shape our outreach strategy. This is a pure outbound cold-calling position—no warm leads and no customer service. You will be targeting U.S. and Canadian law firms to provide remote staffing solutions.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: 75,000 PKR/month
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): (Uncapped potential based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Outreach: Make daily outbound calls to U.S. and Canadian law firms.
- Book Meetings: Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales reps.
- Qualify Leads: Ensure firms have the budget and need for offshore legal talent (Intake, Paralegal, Admin).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and execute multi-channel follow-ups (Email, LinkedIn).
- Founding Member: Provide feedback on scripts and workflows to help refine our sales process.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or cold caller (US/Canadian market preferred).
- Communication: Excellent spoken English is non-negotiable (clear, confident, and professional).
- Tools: Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and Autodialers (Kixie, Aircall, Five9).
- Mindset: Thick-skinned, persistent, and comfortable with rejection.
- Tech Requirements: You must have your own reliable laptop/PC, high-speed internet, and a noise-canceling headset.
A "Qualified Meeting" Defined: To earn commission on a meeting, the prospect must:
- Be located in the US/Canada.
- Have a need to hire legal support staff.
- Confirm budget capacity.
- Understand our offshore model.
- Attend the scheduled meeting.
