Cold Calling Agent/SDR (Digital Marketing Agency – USA Campaigns)

Company Overview:

Marketing Max is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with clients in the USA. We are hiring a Cold Calling Agent to support our Sales Closers by contacting prospects, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for outbound sales campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone confident on calls, fluent in English, and comfortable speaking with US-based prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to USA-based prospects
• Introduce digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Shopify, Web Solutions)
• Qualify leads based on set criteria
• Book appointments and hand over qualified leads to the Sales Closer
• Maintain call records and lead status in CRM
• Follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements

• Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing (USA campaigns preferred)
• Strong spoken English with clear communication skills
• Confidence in handling objections at a basic level
• Ability to follow instructions and work under a Sales Closer
• Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus
• Target-driven and disciplined work ethic

Work Schedule

• USA Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 (based on experience)

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
