Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About Us
Cold Call Crew is a fast-growing outbound sales agency helping businesses connect with qualified prospects and close more deals. We are expanding our international outreach team and looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative with an MSP background.

About the Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential MSP clients. Your responsibility will be to identify prospects, qualify leads and book meetings for the Account Executives.

This is a performance-driven outbound role focused on international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn
  • Target companies that require Managed IT Services
  • Qualify IT decision makers such as Owners, IT Managers and CTOs
  • Book meetings and hand off qualified leads to the closing team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Consistently meet KPIs for calls, meetings and follow-ups

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in outbound sales or lead generation B2B preferred OR strong English skills with learning attitude
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, HubSpot, Apollo or Slack is a plus
  • Self-driven and target-focused
  • Good time management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with US-based MSP campaigns
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesloft or ZoomInfo
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycle
