Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Shift: 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Pakistan Time)

About Us

Cold Call Crew is a fast-growing outbound sales agency. We help businesses connect with the right people and close more deals. Now we are hiring a motivated and confident SDR for our Australia Outreach Campaign and other international sales campaigns.

About the Role

As an SDR, you will be the first person who talks to potential clients. You will do cold outreach, qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team. This role is great for someone who wants to grow in sales. Freshers with strong English and a learning mindset can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls, send emails and connect on LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads based on company ICP
  • Book meetings and pass them to Account Executives
  • Update and manage lead data in CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Work with team leads to improve outreach strategy
  • Achieve weekly targets for calls, meetings and follow-ups

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in outbound sales or lead generation B2B preferred OR strong English skills with learning attitude
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, HubSpot, Apollo or Slack is a plus
  • Self-driven and target-focused
  • Good time management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or tech sales
  • Past experience as SDR, appointment setter or virtual assistant
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales process
