Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Digital Marketing Agency

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing digital marketing agency. Your primary role will be prospecting potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our closers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who wants to grow in the sales and digital marketing industry while earning uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential prospects in the US market
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound methods
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the closing team
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately
  • Follow up consistently with leads and nurture conversations
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
  • Meet daily and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory
  • Experience in the US market is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or SDR roles is a plus
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred

Job Timings

  • 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary will be decided during the interview based on experience and industry knowledge
  • Uncapped commissions and OTE (On-Target Earnings)
