Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B Outreach

Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B (Karachi, On-site)

We’re building a high-performance outbound sales team at Datatagg—and we’re looking for someone who can confidently pick up the phone, start conversations, and turn prospects into opportunities.

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (Pick & Drop available)

What you’ll actually be doing:

  • Cold calling international B2B prospects (this is a core part of the role)
  • Reaching out via LinkedIn + email to generate leads
  • Identifying decision-makers and qualifying opportunities
  • Booking meetings for our sales closers
  • Building and managing your own pipeline

This role is for you if:

  • You’re confident speaking on calls (even with strangers)
  • You’re target-driven and enjoy hitting goals
  • You want to grow into a high-earning sales role

Nice to have (not required):

  • Experience in call center / SDR / lead generation
  • Exposure to SaaS or tech products
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
