Sales Development Representative (SDR)

ZAPTA Technologies is a US-based software development company with a team of 230+ engineers, delivering AI-driven and enterprise-grade digital solutions across industries including Real Estate, Construction, Financial Services, Healthcare, and E-commerce.

We are currently hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Lahore office. This role focuses on engaging and qualifying inbound and pre-generated leads, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in B2B sales or the IT/SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
  • Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Business Development team
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
  • Meet monthly targets for lead qualification and meeting bookings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development (preferably IT/SaaS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with senior decision-makers
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
