Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We prioritize First Contact Resolution (FCR) and consultative engagement, ensuring every interaction adds tangible value for our partners.

The Role: We are looking for a versatile growth-focused SDR to join our team in Karachi. You will be at the forefront of our business development, acting as a bridge between outbound sales and digital growth. You won't just be dialing numbers; you will be executing a multi-channel strategy to identify, qualify, and secure high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Manage high-quality lead generation through personalized cold calling, targeted emailing, and professional LinkedIn outreach.
  • Growth & Advertising: Assist in managing and optimizing small-scale ad campaigns (LinkedIn/Meta). Analyze performance metrics to refine our target audience and messaging.
  • Consultative Engagement: Engage prospects with a focus on problem-solving. Use your communication skills to build rapport and qualify leads based on FCR standards.
  • AI-Enhanced Workflow: Utilize our proprietary internal tools and AI systems to audit call quality and optimize your outreach strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to share insights from the market and refine our service offerings.

What We Are Looking For

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional command of English with the ability to hold consultative, professional conversations.
  • Hybrid Mindset: A rare combination of "sales grit" (calling/emailing) and "marketing curiosity" (running ads/analyzing data).
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working in a tech-forward environment; experience with CRM tools or ad platforms is a significant plus.
  • Quality-First Approach: You understand that one well-qualified client is worth more than ten unqualified leads.
