We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and helping to build a strong sales pipeline through strategic and personalized outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to start or grow their career in sales and the B2B technology space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
  • Research and identify potential accounts and key decision-makers
  • Personalize outreach messaging to effectively engage prospects
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Participate in regular sales training to improve objection handling, pitching, and communication skills

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 0–6 months of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern sales tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
  • Strong interest in B2B technology, SaaS, or CRM industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
