Sales Development Representative (SDR) Expert in (GMB) Sales

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) specifically for GMB services. Your role will be to connect with business owners, identify GMB-related issues, and set qualified appointments for our closing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold call US-based local businesses (home services, clinics, etc.)
  • Identify GMB issues such as low rankings, suspensions, or poor visibility
  • Pitch GMB optimization and Google Maps ranking services
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for closers
  • Handle objections and maintain strong follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Meet daily and weekly targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling or SDR role
  • Experience in GMB, Local SEO, or digital marketing sales preferred
  • Strong spoken English with US accent confidence
  • Ability to explain GMB concepts to clients clearly
  • Target-driven mindset with strong closing support skills
  • Ability to work in night shift (US timings)
