Base salary: $300–$400/month

Uncapped commission

$100–$300 per qualified lead

Top performers can easily earn $1,000+ per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven SDR to generate qualified leads, reach decision-makers, and book discovery calls through outbound prospecting.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify companies with active hiring or business needs
  • Find the right decision-makers
  • Run outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and book meetings
  • Keep tracking sheets and CRM updated
  • Follow clear KPIs and outreach targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of staffing sales experience is required
  • 3+ years of B2B outbound outreach experience is required
  • Neutral, highly fluent spoken English with excellent pronunciation and clarity is required
  • Strong cold calling and follow-up skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and target-driven
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and prospecting tools
