Tele Sales Executive

Tele Sales Executive (International BPO – US & Europe)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly fluent English-speaking Tele Sales Executive to make outbound calls to customers in the United States and English-speaking European countries. The role requires clear communication, confidence, and the ability to introduce the company and generate interest..
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in the US and Europe.
  • Introduce yourself and the company professionally within the first 20–30 seconds.
  • Present the service value clearly and quickly.
  • Identify customer interest and qualify leads.
  • Handle objections confidently.
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate call notes in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English proficiency (near-native level).
  • Clear or neutral international accent.
  • Experience in BPO / Tele Sales / Cold Calling preferred.
  • Ability to handle calls efficiently within 2 minutes.
  • Strong persuasion and listening skills.
  • Comfortable calling international clients.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales scripts.
Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration or any relevant field.

Minimum Experience: 1-2-year(s)in tel sales.
