Sales Development Specialist

We are hiring on behalf of a client, a specialist services provider based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support their BD function by identifying and qualifying potential clients.

This is a front-end BD role focused on pipeline building. No closing required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential client companies across target sectors
  • Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate interest
  • Qualify leads and gather key information (hiring needs, decision-makers, procurement process)
  • Schedule meetings and calls for senior BD or account management staff
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and lead status in the CRM
  • Support market mapping and client/competitor landscape research
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a business development or sales support role within a staffing or recruitment company
  • Familiarity with outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage outreach pipelines independently
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
