Outdoor Sales Representative

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Sales Process Management: Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and onboarding clients.
  • Presentations & Negotiations: Delivering compelling product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve profitable deals.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Goal Achievement: Working toward and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Reporting & CRM Usage: Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with accurate data and reporting on sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
  • Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the product/services and the competitive landscape

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
