- Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads for digital marketing services through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Pitch and sell digital marketing solutions including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, and website solutions.
- Understand client business goals and recommend customized digital strategies to drive ROI.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing plans to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor offerings to effectively position services.
- Handle client negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely contract sign-offs and payments.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for service improvement and upselling opportunities.
