Responsibilities:

Own and expand key customer relationships in Saudi Arabia.

Deeply understand client needs, devise and execute account development & retention strategies to accelerate adoption and growth of company products and solutions.

Align with corporate strategy to craft and implement a local customer-development plan, building long-term, stable partnerships that raise satisfaction and loyalty.

Orchestrate internal resources (product, technical, support) to deliver tailored solutions, ensure on-time project delivery and continuously optimize the customer experience.

Lead commercial negotiations, travel regularly to visit clients, uncover new opportunities, drive contract closure and business execution to meet sales targets.

Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to help refine product road-maps and market positioning.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above; ≥10 years customer-management or sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably within IT, cloud computing or networking industries.

Strong knowledge of the Arabic market with an established customer network; capable of independently developing and maintaining accounts.

Excellent communicator and cross-cultural collaborator able to build trust with diverse stakeholders.

Fluent in both Chinese and Arabic with solid business-negotiation and written communication skills.
