Job Title: Sales Director – Real Estate Developer

Location: Dubai, UAE (managing sales for Abu Dhabi properties)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Director to lead and manage sales operations for a leading property developer. The role will be based in Dubai and will focus on driving sales of Abu Dhabi residential and luxury projects. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in real estate development sales within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the sales strategy for Abu Dhabi property launches while operating from Dubai.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales managers and agents to ensure high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to enhance lead generation and conversion.
  • Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with real estate developers in the UAE (brokerage experience alone will not be considered).
  • Strong background in luxury residential sales and handling high-value clients.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and deliver on ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Based in Dubai, with flexibility to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
